• 1 onion
  • extra virgin olive oil (optional)
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 1 zucchini
  • 100 ml soya cream
  • Puff pastry
  • 75 g olives (optional)


  1. Put the olive oil and the onion chopped into a pot and let it turn golden
  2. Chop the mushrooms
  3. Peel and chop the zuchinni
  4. Add the ingredients in the pot and let it cook for 10 minutes in medium
  5. Season with salt and pepper at taste
  6. Turn on the oven at 200ºC to pre-heat
  7. Add the soya cream and stear until most of the liquid is gone
  8. Put the puff pastry on a container, marking small points with a fork through the pastry
  9. Add the pot filling on the puff pastry and put it in the oven for 20 minutes at 180ºC until it turns golden
