Ingredients (for each mushburger)

  • 1 onion
  • 1 big mushroom
  • barbecue sauce (optional)
  • mustard (at taste)
  • ketchup (at taste)
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 30 g of lettuce
  • hamburger bread of your favorite kind
ProTip: build the burger from top to bottom.


  1. Cut the onions to the strips (or any way you think best)
  2. Cut two slices of tomato
  3. Cut the lettuce in strips
  4. Prepare the mushroom with spices at taste or even with barbecue sauce
  5. Bring the mushroom to the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes
  6. Construct the mushburger using the top bread
    • ketchup & mustard at taste
    • 5g of onions
    • 2 slices of tomato
    • 30 g of lettuce
    • mushroom
